We have technicians that, our oldest technician has 22 years in the business. A couple of our other technicians have at least nine plus and multiple of our technicians have at least three to four years, five years now on batteries and UPS and stuff. So we make sure that they have lots of experience.
We go through a full training and safety program with them to make sure that they get the knowledge that they require, they get the tools that they require, full insulated tools for voltages that they’re working with, the high voltage masks, gloves as required and making sure that they have the tools to service your equipment and make that equipment last the way they need.
